BLESSINGS IN A BAG LOGO DESIGN
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project focused on designing a logo for the Blessings in a Bag project hosted by the Furnace Teen Center in Seaside, CA. The Blessings in a Bag project worked to distribute groceries and various household items to families in need in the surrounding Seaside area. The deliverables included four logos for the Original, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Back to School variations of the program.

STAGE 01: IDEATION
The inspiration for this project revolved around traditional grocery store logos and seals. The client specifically requested the imagery of a paper bag filled with groceries. It was important that the design felt approachable and family friendly.

STAGE 02: ITERATION
Once the logo was brought into a digital space, many iterations were conducted to establish the shape, typography, and various components of the logo. The client requested a colorful design that still included the orange and red branding of The Furnace Teen Center Logo.

STAGE 03: IMPLEMENTATION
The final logo design for the Blessings in a Bag project embodies the essence of community support and generosity. At its heart, the logo features a classic paper bag, overflowing with essential groceries and seasonal items. The bag is depicted in a warm, inviting color scheme, evoking a sense of comfort and familiarity.
